Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator . Must have 10 years business experience. We are a dynamic company with technology and require someone who is self motivated and values a unique opportunity. Retirees and those with limited work time available are welcome. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. No two days are ever the same.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Receive incoming and outgoing shipments.
-Keep and run repair orders
- Help with purchasing and expediting.
-This is not a secretarial position
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide front desk reception duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a factory or industrial environment, 10 years.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Note: This position does not require secretarial experience.
