Job Summary:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. You will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
* Maintain accurate employee records in QuickBooks
* Calculate and process payroll deductions and taxes
* Prepare and distribute payroll reports
* Reconcile payroll accounts
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
* Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar payroll software)
* Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
