Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee and manage all aspects of our maintenance department. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and systems. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise a team. Duties: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, machinery, and systems - Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades - Fabricate or modify equipment as needed to meet operational requirements - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history - Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement - Develop and manage the department budget Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong technical knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems - Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team - Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our maintenance department.
