The Siding Sub-Contractor is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial siding installations and repair. You will work with highly experienced and efficient support staff to complete projects to manufacturer spec. You will follow a documented and proven step-by-step process that will guarantee successful project completions. You will be supported by a team that will invest in your success in the field. East Penn Roofing will provide all materials and debris removal.

REQUIREMENTS

Team mindset

Liability and Workers Comp insurance

Clean and professional appearance

Clean newer model work vehicles

5 years of siding replacement experience in various types of siding

Must have all tools, equipment, and scaffolding to complete jobs safely and efficiently

Able to fabricate and install flashing, fascia, soffit, and trim flashing using a brake.

Ability to communicate with homeowners in a professional manner

Efficient and comfortable with modern technology

150,000.00 - 200,000.00 plus per year paid every Friday
