LOCATION: 10 Risho Ave, East Providence, RI 02914 HOURS: 8:00am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible Reports to: Road Team Supervisor(s) Objective: To provide administrative support for the Road Team. Duties (*denotes an essential function) Schedules house calls ordered from doctor’s offices and nursing homes. * Researches client issues related to patient information. * Performs a variety of general office tasks such as answering phones and computer data entry. * Liaison between clients and internal departments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a medical setting preferred. Excellent communications and computer skills required. Able to work in a fast pace environment. Provide required documents as noted in ESCL Driving Policy if mobile/driving duties are assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Extensive sitting, phone and computer use. Capable of standing continuously for up to 2 hours. Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch. May be required to lift, move and carry up to 15-20 pounds. Hearing acuity sufficient to effectively communicate with customers and Employees via telephone and in person. Ability to communicate verbally on phone and in person. Fluency in the English language.
