Description

Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is looking for an Office Marketing Coordinator for our Arrowhead Office in Edwards, CO. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations of our high-end real estate office, providing exceptional customer service, broker support, office presentation, and marketing assistance. Key responsibilities include managing front desk duties, assisting with business planning, and supporting internal and external clients, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. Comfort with learning and mastering various company-utilized platforms, such as FlexMLS and Office 365, is required. Additional tasks include supporting the Branch Broker with reports, scheduling, and event planning.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Marketing Support including, assisting Brokers with listing presentations, postcards and ads, placing advertisements and creating email blasts
  • Input and update listings in the Multiple Listing Service
  • Run property searches for Brokers and setup showings
  • Assist with campaigns, customizing dashboards and maintaining contacts in CRM
  • Assist Brokers with property maintenance needs
  • Coordinate flow of office including: greeting visitors and answering phones, ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining office appearance, distributing mail and maintaining petty cash

Location: Onsite in the Arrowhead Office in Edwards, CO

Start Date: June 3, 2024

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 -$25/hour dependent on experience quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Minimum Requirements
  • Front desk/administrative background preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain a sense of professionalism and customer service throughout.
  • Exceptional attention to detail as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external clients while fostering positive relationships.
  • Experience managing multi-step projects from conception through execution.
  • Computer proficiency on programs in the Microsoft suite of products, as well as ability to learn new systems/platforms on a regular basis.
