Digital Product Director

At Yogi, we’re seeking a Director level team member to lead the identification of opportunities and development of digital solutions with a user-first mindset, a strong understanding of back and front-end systems, and to develop data pipelines to track, analyze, and improve our digital products. This role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with a team to interpret large amounts of data. This is a user-centric role, working to translate the needs of users into a world-class digital experience.  This role may be located at either our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon, US, Hamburg, Germany location or remote.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:                                               

•    Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products 

•    Craft a product vision (short and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy 

•    Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities 

•    Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader portfolio planning 

•    Partner with executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues 

•    Work with brand and digital marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors 

•    Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process

•    Develop and implement pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product 

•    Partner with IT and agency partners to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that capabilities are delivered on time and per expectation 

•    Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing 

•    Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement 

•    Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization 

•    Enroll the organization in new digital products and their impact to the business

•    Communicate digital experience performance and escalate any known issues

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: 

•    7 to 10 years’ experience in digital product management or similar role

•    Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills

•    Experience in usability and user-focused design

•    Passion for building great digital products to solve consumer and business problems

•    Leadership experience 

•    Good experience in Project Management

•    Experience leading and working with agency and freelance partners
