Job Coordinator (Job Coach/Driver)

EASTCONN Northeast Regional Program (NRP) located in Danielson, CT. is recruiting for a Job Coordinator (Job Coach/Driver). In this role you will work directly with students who receive special education, to support career development and community involvement. Job coaches will be asked to identify job placements for students with a variety of needs, create schedules, transport students, provide coaching, and communicate regularly with local employers and the EVC school teams. 

Requirements:  
-High school diploma or equivalent 
-Ability to obtain an STV license to transport students (a process in which is facilitated by EASTCONN) 
-Experience working with students with social, emotional and behavioral needs
-Strong communication and organizational skills
