As Technical Services Engineer, you will work as part of a team involved with the continuing airworthiness management of a fleet of Dash-8 aircraft, ensuring timely management of all ADs, ICAs and any required modification projects. In addition, you will provide technical support to Engineering and Maintenance Operations to ensure that our aircraft operates at the highest level of safety, reliability, cost effectiveness and passenger comfort at all times. You’ll have - Degree qualifications in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Avionics or related discipline), or equivalent experience (AME / LAME) Familiarity with Civil Aviation and Safety regulations Advanced analytical skills Aviation engineering experience Dash8 Experience is highly desirable, however not a must Sound understanding of aircraft certification requirements Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders Sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks Strong work ethic and drive to get the job done Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Projects would be desirable Influencing skills that will see you liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver engineering solutions meeting customer expectations Excellent attention to details to be able to review supplier designs to ensure aircraft certification and product design requirements are met.
