Eastern Elevator is a part of American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. To help drive our continued growth, we are seeking to add a Service Manager.
The Manager will lead and direct elevator maintenance mechanics who perform regular service and repair. This role will include providing training, route oversight and scheduling, authorization of repair orders, quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and expenditure of labor and materials.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of elevator maintenance management experience. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build a cohesive team. Since this is a customer-facing role, you must have excellent customer service skills and exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. You should also be proficient with ERP software, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
