This position offers a hybrid, work from home/in-the-office reporting structure. On most week days, the team member can work remotely. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from York, PA.

Main Responsibilities Include:
Creating meaningful reports from various data sources-
Designing dashboards used for driving critical business decisions

Collaborating with team to improve and implement technology

Using scheduler to export, email and distribute reports
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business Management

Highly adept at data extraction and report generating tools such as Crystal Reports
-
Experience with Data analytics, SQL, RDBMS and database querying techniques

Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel and Access
-
2 years of professional full-time experience in a similar role

Self-starter with ability to multi-task and has high attention to detail

Adaptable, flexible, welcoming to change

Great communication skills - ability to think creatively and adapt the message to the audience
