The Supervisor of Sterile Services supervises employees in sterilization and equipment distribution. Assists employees in day-to-day tasks and ensures hospital procedures are followed and standards are met. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. utilizes a wide variety of tools, techniques and equipment to provide sterile surgical instruments to the patients of ENMMC. Functions as a resource person in all phases of the Sterile Processing Department. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the Surgical Services Director. High School diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years experience is required.
Salary : $50,000 - $63,300
