Role Description
As part of the company's growth plan, a dedicated position of Business Development Manager is being added. This position is full or part-time and is based out of our Corporate Office located in Wilmington, DE. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth through identifying and vetting prospective clients and opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining and further developing existing relationships, and providing solutions and services tailored to clients' needs. Key tasks will include identifying bid opportunities, creating plans and tracking progress, supporting marketing efforts, working with the Project Management team to resolve client concerns and issues, and staying up to date on industry trends and opportunities.
