Job Posting for Manager I, Customer Relationship Management at Eastern Virginia Medical School
Overview
This position reports to the Director of Enrollment and interfaces daily with members of the offices of Admissions, Enrollment, and graduate programs in both the Schools of Medicine and Health Professions. Primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the customer relationship management system (CRM) to support institutional enrollment goals with a focus on the enrollment funnel. This fast-paced position is also responsible for continued staff and constituent training on utilizing the CRM for efficient end-user results.
Responsibilities
Serve as the system administrator for the Enrollment Management Platform (EMP).
Act as liaison with Marketing and Communications and manages CRM operational process for outbound nurturing campaigns by establishing best practices and recommending new CRM tactics and features as appropriate.
Manage all basic system administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Manage EMP data feeds from Centralized Application Services (CAS) Systems and other enrollment technology integrations.
Manage and coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests and integration.
Work with the enrollment team and the admissions & recruitment to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Assist training of new users and grow EMP skill set across the institution.
Act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and application development teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert related to the use and adoption of EMP.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience working with a CRM tool, preferably in a higher education setting. Prior Liaison Enrollment Management Platform (EMP) experience preferred.
