E-Commerce Metro ASM supervises the activities of the local metro E-Commerce department. Is cross trained in all areas and is the “Go To” in E-Commerce Manager’s absence. Additional responsibilities include multiple store accounts, greater volume of production and sales, multiple direct reports, and possibly multiple departments (EBooks), enhanced Inventory Management, preparation and delivery of training memos, reports, and forms. Ability to communicate effectively with Goodwill store staff and management is an essential part of this position. Act as a resource for information, guidance and tools.
Online sites are subject to changing and unpredictable circumstances. This position is expected to be responsive to these needs; showing initiative to accomplish the tasks at hand and being prepared to move between assignments as priorities change.
Facilitate the orientation of new technicians into the organization and observe performance / communicate expectations
Visit or communicate with Retail Stores weekly. Resolve any store issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness
Monitor supplies, stay in stock, and plan for expenses per budget.

Required Skills
Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
Prefer profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability experience.
Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational and decision making skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and customers.
Moderate adaptability required: work environment is occasionally hectic, fast paced, with irregular deadlines and/or unusual situations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
Able to lift and carry 20-100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance
Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends or longer shifts if needed.
Must have reliable transportation, a good driving record, valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
