Easterseals New Jersey is actively seeking an ENROLLMENT TEAM LEAD to join our team!

What will you do?
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager on daily operations of the enrollment team.
- Monitors all pre-employment and enrollment processes, documents, and activities to ensure accuracy and complete paperwork according to regulatory compliance.
- Conducts regular audits of enrollment documents to ensure all enrollees are completing paperwork on time.
- Ensures all inquiries are responded to within one business day.
- Hosts in-person enrollment events to efficiently complete the enrollment process where it is needed.
- Assists in analysis to design/redesign various process issues to ensure they are customer-focused, consistent, effective, and efficient.
- Seeks continuous improvement of the enrollment process.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates and/or minimum of two (2) years experience in HR/Onboarding/Recruitment and/or customer service.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.
- Being familiar with DDD hiring requirements is helpful.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite; capable of learning new software/programs.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and confidentiality by HIPAA regulations.
