As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together with the team to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What You’ll Do
As the IOP Facilitator, you will be responsible for admissions / orientations, evaluation and intake of new clients. You will also be facilitating psycho education groups, establishing aftercare plans as well as initiating and maintaining contact with family members. The Facilitator maintains accurate and up-to-date referral sources. The IOP Facilitator works together with the care team to maintain a therapeutic environment and promote appropriate and healthy interpersonal behavior. Daily documentation and accurate record keeping are key skills for successful candidates.

This full-time position has a primary schedule of 40-hours a week, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm and does host some late afternoon/early evening group sessions. What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the IOP Facilitator we are seeking candidates with experience hosting psychotherapy groups as well as a high degree of accuracy in documentation. We also require:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold one of the following certifications: CPSS, CADC (I/R), LCAS (A) or CCS
- Experience with substance use and mental health population preferred but not required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
