Position Description: The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and back up responsibilities for the Chief of Clinical Policies and Projects for Eastpointe’s Clinical Operations Department including oversight and development of clinical care management (CM) IT system development and monitoring. This position will serve as a clinical expert for all projects requiring clinical expertise in content, process, operations and development. The Clinical Policies and Project Manager will serve as a clinical subject matter expert internally and externally providing consultation and assisting in the development, implementation and development of policies and procedures, systems and work flows. The position will work closely with Chief of Clinical Policy and Projects to ensure Eastpointe’s clinical operations remain current, progressive and aligned to support the longevity and advancement of the organization. The position may serve on internal and external committees with an emphasis on clinical quality, Federal and State requirements and accreditation standards.
Education/Experience/Licensure:
A Master’s degree in a Human Services field (such as Psychology, Social Work or Counseling) is required, along with at least five (5) years of post-degree experience in mental health or related human services field such as rehabilitation or professional counseling providing behavioral health services. Additionally, valid licensure or certification in profession is required. (LCSW, LMFT, LPA, LCMHC or RN).
