Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices and accounts payable for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment based upon the agreed terms.
- Conduct accounts payable reconciliations of vendor statements to QuickBooks vendor aging.
- Process accounts receivable invoices and expense reports, resolving any discrepancies or outstanding payment issues.
- Perform journal entry of accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Match and post payments in QuickBooks.
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Verify that transactions comply with company policies and internal control processes.
- Support Month-End and audit processes.
- Scan, file, and log accounting documents.
- Coordinate IT services for the internal team with 3rd party IT vendors.
- Manage facilities requests, needs, issues, and communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
