Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring several Assemblers for an aerospace company. Our Fountain Valley, CA, client offers products used in commercial and military aircraft, lifesaving medical devices, weapon systems, inflight entertainment, power systems, and countless commercial, industrial, and computer applications. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2nd shift, 2:30 p.m.–11 p.m. schedule and occasional overtime. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble wire and cable components by hand with precision
- Solder and connect parts according to exact specifications
- Ensure flawless quality and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced production team
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience a plus
