Position Overview:

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' top producers, strategic partners, and insureds. You'll have the opportunity to engage with partners and customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing technical support, and facilitating onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and existing partners and customers with inquiries on products and services.
  • Provide technical assistance and training on Automated Submission System.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on onboarding activities for new agents and brokers.
  • Handle agency administration customer service requests including endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes.
  • Promote all products and services to agents, brokers, and strategic partners.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Ability to handle heavy call volume and multitask effectively.
  • Insurance experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
