What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Associate position at Eastridge?
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Temporary- Logistics Associate for a leading innovator of visual display solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Return for credit RMA management (Oracle, Qservice & Qportal systems)
- Stock rotation RMA management
- Resolving receiving errors reported by service WH via disputes or RMA updating
- Dispute return inaccuracies or short shipments with all customers, specifically Amazon and Best Buy
- Past due reconciliation for all accounts using monthly reports from finance
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
- Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)
