Machine Operator -Injection Molding

This role is essential to our production operations, focusing on operating Bag Making Machines. You will be responsible for monitoring machine workflows, performing quality control, and making both mechanical and computerized adjustments to machinery. Training:

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 90-day training program from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM during the first shift, designed to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. After training, you will transition to the 3rd shift, where you will put your skills to the test in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in injection molding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle complex machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a proven attendance record.
• Eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
