Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up project files and templates
- Generate reports and reviews for accuracy SAP data entry for various projects
- Performs various tasks assigned by Projects Manager of Procurement, Project Procurement Managers, Expediting Manager, and Logistics Manager Format and submit Procurement documents for record retention
- May perform entry level purchasing, expediting, and/or logistics tasks as required
- Work on issues of medium complexity and is responsible to implement solution as directed.
- Some degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Interact with work group and external peers in various departments to ensure cross coordination between groups.
- Has no managerial responsibility
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc).
- Bachelor degree with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar capacity to the role requirements or High School diploma and 5 -7 years’ progressive experience in a similar capacity to the role requirements.
- Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
