Production Lead

In partnership with our client, a leading cleanroom sterilization company, we are looking for a Production Lead with a strong work ethic to join their existing team working near Vacaville, CA, 95688. This is a Direct Hire opportunity will supervise a team of cleaners and will work closely with the Safety Manager to ensure staff is properly trained and all cleanings are performed as scheduled. Minimum Qualifications:

• The ability to read and understand all revisions of applicable Customer assigned SOPs, policies, and procedures in English.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, overtime, be on-call, and available for special assignments.
• Demonstrated cleaning techniques, including the ability to lift 40 lbs, work overhead, and stand for extended periods.
• Leadership competencies such as strong communication, team building, and people development skills.
• Proficiency in writing English with good handwriting techniques and limited errors.

Essential Job Duties:

• Ensure adequate cleaning personnel for required level of clean.
• Liaison with Safety Manager on cleaning schedule for optimal cleaning times.
• Monitor time and attendance compliance, including clocking in/out and scheduled meal periods.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Training manager to ensure training certification levels meet goals and staff is current on applicable training.
• Review assigned documentation for entry errors and initiate correction process promptly.
• Track entry errors by area and type, compile data into MS Excel spreadsheet for management KPI presentations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of leadership experience
• Excellent attendance record
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Good documentation practices
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for 4-8 hours
• Must pass drug test, criminal background check, and meet client’s site training requirements.
