Summary
This position will require candidates to display a high level of courtesy and professional warmth, along with great organizational skills, in order to function efficiently in this fast paced environment. As part of our Facilities team, this position will also provide support for Facilities projects. The ability to multitask will be a must.
Responsibilities:
● Professionally administer all incoming calls; ensuring calls are redirected accordingly
● Greet guests, vendors, clients in a professional, friendly manner
● Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
● Sort and distribute incoming mail
● Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office & kitchen supplies
● Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Facilities Manager including placing
nametags and assistance with the headquarters seating chart.
● Provide COVID – 19 tracking for Corporate reentry during Phased re-entry into the office.
● Perform and track all new hire startup spreadsheet work including creation of new ID badges
● Maintains fitness waivers log and access to fitness center.
● Manages the card access system
● Manages parking registration
● Manages conference room booking of rooms needing preapproval.
Education and Experience:
● High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
● Good computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Experience in an administrative support position strongly preferred.
