Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a renown medical research and development company, in the search for a well qualified Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst. The Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the design, administration, and analysis of sales compensation programs. This position involves working closely with sales leadership, finance, customer service, and human resources to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive compensation, as well as providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.

Competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered.
