Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a spectrum of distribution center operations encompassing packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution, and inventory support. Your mission is to deliver top-notch, cost-effective, and efficient service to fulfill both current and future demands. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Executing order fulfillment from stored inventory in accordance with customer requirements and inspection/testing protocols.
• Ensuring timely shipment of orders while meticulously completing all necessary documentation.
• Collaborating with leads/supervisors to address any fulfillment issues or challenges.
• Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming materials and products, verifying against written orders, and returning defective items.
• Guaranteeing completeness, accuracy, and proper processing of documentation such as packing lists and shipping labels.

• Developing fundamental knowledge of job content, practices, and procedures.
• Undertaking routine tasks with minimal complexity or variation.
• Operating under supervision and adhering to detailed instructions.
• Interacting primarily with immediate peers within the assigned work group.
• Decision impact typically confined within assigned tasks.

Work Experience:

• Typically less than one year

Education and Certification(s):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Distinguishing Characteristics:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds consistently and repetitively without aid.
• Frequent overtime may be necessary based on business requirements.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Meeting specified visual acuity standards may be necessary for final inspections.

Required:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
