Easy Automation Inc. is seeking to add an IT Solutions Specialist to our team. The IT Solutions Specialist will work with internal team members, both technical and nontechnical, to design, develop, and implement custom programs to coordinate SharePoint and Office 365 programs, in conjunction with other internal programs and software. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing current software programs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to integrate new software/apps seamlessly into our daily operations. Your expertise will help us achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring that our technology systems align with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements and working with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Designing and proposing IT solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to implement and deploy solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting issues related to implemented solutions.
• Resolving system and application-related problems.
• Offering guidance and assistance to users in utilizing IT solutions effectively.
• Integrating new technologies and solutions into existing IT environments.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Keeping documentation up to date as systems evolve.
• Conducting training sessions for end-users on how to use implemented solutions.
• Providing knowledge transfer to internal IT teams for ongoing support.
• Working with external vendors to evaluate and select third-party solutions.
• Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring the effective delivery of services and products.
• Ensuring that implemented solutions comply with security standards and industry regulations.
• Implementing security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of IT solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Managing projects related to the implementation of IT solutions, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or applicable work experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Generalist.
• Relative knowledge of SharePoint Online.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with customization of SharePoint lists and different systems with PowerApps.
• Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
• Proficient at discovering and implementing new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
• Ability to multi-task between projects effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication including presentation skills with a high degree of comfort around all audiences and backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

This position must be based out of our Welcome, Mankato, or Chanhassen, MN office locations, with the expectation to travel to the Welcome or Mankato offices, a minimum of once per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
