Karl Malone’s Body & Paint is seeking a highly-motivated Customer Service Support Representative who loves working with people!
- Assisting customers with check-in
- Assisting customers with insurance process
- Providing status updates to customers
- Text and/or email customers with final billing and provide assistance if questions arise
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Demonstrate prompt and courteous service to both customers and staff
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
& drug screen
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior front desk, customer service and/or administrative experience preferred but not required
