GDO Excellence Lead

We are a recruiting company EasyHiring, which is looking for candidates for our partners for a position GDO Excellence Lead in New Hope,PA for work in the Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritize, and implement improvement programs needed in support of accelerating trial execution.
• Collaborate with SMEs, executives and other critical stakeholders (e.g. R&D Quality, R&D Strategy) to translate strategic intent into business model implications.
• Identify, evaluate and track value drivers and business cases for GDO in partnership with GDO Business Operations and Finance.
• Analyze process and initiative metrics and determine when corrective actions are needed.
• Contribute to internal/external continuous improvement initiatives and participate in strategic initiatives as a change management work stream lead to drive successful outcomes of change initiatives.
• Collect and analyze ideas for business model improvements from all areas of GDO.
• Collaborate with the GDO LT and other key stakeholders to assess opportunities, prioritize projects and determine when to initiate.
• Assemble the appropriate sponsorship and diversified core teams, complete concept evaluation and officially charter project.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
• 7 years of related work experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and 5 years of experience in clinical trial operations, data or technology management
• Operational Excellence, Six Sigma / LEAN, or business process management experience
• Experience in Portfolio and Project Management
• Experience with driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies – certification a plus
• Management consulting experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
