This position is eligible for a one hundred dollar bonus per quarter when working an average of 35 hours per week over the course of the entire quarter.
This bonus is paid in the first pay check after the end of the quarter.
Essential Functions
- Properly prepare orders from the guest check following company approved portions, recipe specifications, and timing standards.
- Properly store, date, and rotate according to first in, first out standards.
- Follow proper cutting board standards to avoid cross contamination and administer allergen programs.
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
- Standing and / or walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.
- The cook will also have to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
