Job Summary
As a member of the Communications and Community Partnerships team, the Community & Culture Impact Specialist is a key facilitator in the enterprise alignment of our corporate identity across a 15-state footprint. They create and execute initiatives that advance and protect our Purpose, Values and Culture across both internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the Communications team, they create clear and compelling narratives, as well as a proactive and integrated campaigns to maximize our communications, social impact and team member experiences. The ideal candidate will contribute to internal storytelling and will bring fresh ideas to these programs in collaboration with the DE&I Council, the CEO’s office, Marketing, Communications and Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
Community Impact and Partnership:
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with corporations and non-profits whose community and social impact commitments align with the ENPHG Purpose and values across our 15-state operating region. Engage with organizations to build deep and trusting relationships
- Facilitate project planning and execution of deliverables for event sponsorships including logistics, communication, internal alignment of resources, and achievement of our commitments to our partners as a selected sponsor.
- Function as a brand ambassador for ENPHG representing our organization both internally and externally at a variety of community events, fundraising initiatives, and impact opportunities.
- Lead the coordination and compilation of key community impact data and metrics to support the analysis of impact results and action planning to elevate impact including creating the annual community impact reporting and providing key data for client presentations/RFP responses.
- Manage external awards and corporate recognition by creating and submitting award applications.
- Facilitates project planning and execution for all company fundraising campaigns on initiatives such as Caring for Kids, United Way, or our Team Member care fund.
Culture and Connection:
- Develop a keen understanding of the ENPHG voice and apply it throughout communications.
- Generate fun, creative new initiatives to enhance inclusion and affinity to our Purpose and Values for both the corporate and field based team member populations.
- Project manage, brand, communicate and produce ENPHG’s team member experience events. Collaborates with key business partners; vendors and leaders to continually evolve these events, using metrics and best practices as a guide.
- Play a key role in the production and project management of various leadership events, both live and virtual.
- Provide operational event support, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, gift/merchandise research and fulfillment, and other operational event support as applicable.
- Source content from internal business partners and write and edit content or ensure distribution of key content across a variety of internal communication channels.
- Engage the organization on internal impact initiatives such as the Team Member Assistance Fund and Volunteer opportunities such as dedicated volunteer days to foster connectivity, commitment and belonging.
- Oversee enterprise-wide recognition initiatives such as awards celebrating our Values in action, our Purpose or other inspiration points for our team members.
- Regularly track and report on metrics and budget status for assigned programs and experiences.
- Represent the communications team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives and build a network of colleagues and collaborators across the company.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/related field, minimum 4 years experience project managing and executing internal programs and events.
- Background in communications, community relations, and team member engagement, as well as an eye for trends that impact those issues.
- Strong internal alignment to our Purpose (Create Smiles), Values and identify with the ability to represent ENPHG in a public setting and maintain core brand/identity principles
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Effective analytical skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to develop business cases, supervise the development of analytics and metrics, set goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for new projects and programs
- Excellent communication skills to develop internal and external narratives and to keep key stakeholders aligned
- Strong management, leadership, and team building skills
- Empathetic and self-motivated leader that can excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly, and influence internal and external entities of all levels
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as basic proficiency with MS SharePoint Online and content management / publishing systems
- Ability to maintain and work with data in Excel and other data warehouse tools and a proven ability to manage budgets and solve for budget challenges.
- Must be able to work occasional night and weekend hours, as dictated by event schedules
