What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist/Dispatcher position at Eaton Bikes?
Eaton Bikes is looking for an outgoing front desk reservationist to handle in-person rentals, phone calls, retail sales and stocking. Knowledge of the island is a great benefit and outstanding communication in English is required.
To be successful you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. We want to fill a year-round, full time position. Overtime will be available, but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing rental contracts
- Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
- Dispatching drivers for deliveries and pick ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
