The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

As Continuous Improvement (OpEx) Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the region by driving the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and invigorate the continuous improvement culture throughout our businesses. This critical role will partner with sites and businesses to identify, solve, and recommend possible solutions to unique situations or problems. This role involves at least 50% travel to our various manufacturing locations and day to day activities include:

The ideal candidate possesses flexibility and resilience, poise under pressure, and the ability to adapt plans to changing circumstances while maintaining strength and resolve. Strong communication and influencing skills are key to enabling visible and collaborative leadership and driving alignment across a complex global matrixed environment. An understanding of resource and capacity planning, as well as MRP systems, and the demonstrated ability to use Lean and Six Sigma tools and deliver projects in an operational environment will make a candidate highly effective in this role.
