Eaton’s Electrical Sector - PSD is currently seeking a Final Test Operator to join our team. Note: This position is based at the Emerald Road location.
Position Overview:
The Final Test Operator must be proficient in loading and unloading capacitor units to and from the electrical testing station. They must be able to work closely with the Group Leader, Job Setter and Production Supervisor to maintain Safety, Production and Quality requirements. Must be flexible in the performing various job functions. In this role, you will test Capacitor products according to the specifications of the customers order.

In this function you will:
- Check all capacitors to assure paint quality, no leaking capacitors, and no damage to tank or bushings during all stages of process.
- Test all capacitors to specifications required.
- Operate Unit Transport Cart, Walk Behind PIT, and Hoist to move capacitor units as required.
- Discharge all failed capacitors.
- Rotate daily between workstations: On-load, Off-load, take down of units, and load lines to MHS Load.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from accredited school or institution.
- Must become certified to operate Walk Behind PITs and Hoists
- Must become Qualified Electrical Worker Level 2 Certified
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
