Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Subcontract Procurement Analyst. This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Strategic Programs, Commercial Turnkey, and Power Distribution Operations Team to support the subcontractor proposal process (material & labor) during the bidding stage, including supplier selection, submission of RFP packages and bid analysis.
- Review & Approve POs for the Strategic Programs Teams ensuring proper flow-downs are documented
- Facilitate the Vendor set up process for new suppliers with adherence to Eaton requirements and tracking approval process.
- Draft subcontract agreements using designated templates, negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and work with project teams and contracts team to review redlines and reach agreement on subcontact terms and obtain signatures on executed contract.
- Responsible for post award modifications to agreements including all change related activities. Partner with project teams to development of Small Business subcontracting plans for government projects.
- Serve as the Divisional Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) in order to increase Small Business Subcontractor Pipeline and support Federal Government Contract Commitments. Emphasis to be placed on identification of labor subcontractors such as Electrical Contractors.
- Create and submit semi-annual government reporting through the Government Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (ESRS).
- Champion the awareness of Federal Government purchasing requirements, including leading improvements in our contractor purchasing systems to support continued compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements
- Supports internal and external audits and requests for information.
- Provide overall direction for the Labor Subcontractor commodity, oversee the creation and maintenance of an accessible database to support increasing key partnerships, rating past performance, driving supplier diversity and ensuring quality subcontractors are identified to support our projects.
- Accountable for identifying and executing on annual cost-out opportunities to support profitability goals
- Accountable for championing the logistics strategy and training the organization on the proper logistics solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related business discipline
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain Management and/or experience with subcontracting labor services and review of contractual documents.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal Government Subcontracting experience
Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management Skills, Prefer knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS and AMS)
- Must have excellent communication & negotiating, business analytical and problem-solving skills.
