This role is Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days remote!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

What You’ll Do
Oversee trade shows (big and <10kUSD shows), handling logistics (equipment and people), exhibit design, vendor negotiations, and ensuring business continuity during events. Play a vital role in creating successful trade show experience. Will also support the channel marketing and sales teams by orchestrating successful events across multiple cities and regions. Your responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of each event, from venue selection and vendor negotiation, to customer invitations and driving attendance, to on-site coordination and post-event evaluation.

- Manage the budget for tradeshows, including invoice management (shows and suppliers) and credit card payments. Manage the events calendar.
- Interact mainly with Sales and other BUs to define the adequate internal attendance to the show.
- Join the tradeshow portals to follow up and keep track of all the activities required by show.
- Help with basic designs for show image and logo management.
- Manage the equipment shipments for every show.
- Interact with Freeman-type suppliers for show services.
- Travel 20% time.
- Integrate new display trends into our show messaging.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a series of events across various cities in the United States.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including channel marketing and regional sales to align event objectives with overall company goals.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure all requirements are met and contracts are fulfilled.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback and implementing improvements for future events.
- Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade show management, event planning, marketing communications or communications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- InDesign, Photoshop or other design platform
