At Eau Claire Body Care our concierge team is vital in helping our clients receive excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, provide a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide service information.
- Collect client information, medical history, and consent forms during check-in.
- Process payments, handle invoices, and provide receipts during check-out.
- Upsell and cross-sell services, treatments, and products to clients.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.
- Coordinate with spa staff to communicate client arrivals and treatment preferences.
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing skincare or wellness products.
- Address and accommodate special requests and client concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and organized front desk area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow security protocols.
- Adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) when handling client information.
- Collect client feedback to improve services and address issues.
- Multitask, problem-solve, and manage client interactions efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols, emergency procedures, and access restrictions.
- Maintain accurate client records and update preferences and details.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
