Our Culinary team at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Banquets Cook 1. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our cuisine in our banquet kitchen.
- Background in luxury kitchens, with quality volume experience.
- Scratch cooking, exceptional, creative and technical knife skills preferred with knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
- Ability to be a clear thinker that remains calm and resolves problems using good judgment.
- Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.
- Ability to work with all products and ingredients involved.
