We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join our eBay Motors organization. Our team builds integrated category experiences for Parts & Accessories Sellers and Buyers:
Own aspects of the global buying experience for eBay Motors Parts and Accessories.
Improve buying flows on eBay that help eBay Motors Parts & Accessories buyers search, browse, research and buy parts & accessories.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with researchers, designers and engineers charged with improving eBay Motors Parts & Accessories category experiences
Understands customers pain points by gathering input internally and competitive benchmarking.
Document detailed and clear requirements with hypotheses and measurable impact.
Deliver against a roadmap on time ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
Drive a culture of quality, customer-centricity, scalability, and reliability
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to articulate the customer problem and drive best-in-class solutions.
At least 3 years of industry experience in product management or equivalent experience
Ability to quantify customer problem, build and test a hypothesis independently. Demonstrate an ability to prioritize effectively
Comfort sorting through ambiguity in order to drive to practical business impact
Experience in vehicle-related commerce and familiarity with the auto parts industry selling and buying standards and terminology is a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$114,800 - $176,550Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
