Responsibilities/Job Description:
We're hiring a Maintenance Assistant and welcome your application and set of experiences for our Lakeville senior living community. This general repairs and grounds position is responsible for performing general maintenance consistent with the preventative maintenance program as instructed by the Environmental Services Director.

- Work day/evening as needed - flexible!

- Requires working 3 shifts per month with one being a weekend and 1 holiday per year

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spaces
- Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
- Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
- Apartment turnovers
- One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
- Vocation/Technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desire to work with older adults
