Job Summary: As the Business Process Manager at ebm-papst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing business processes, and fostering global collaboration. You will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring seamless business processes, and implementing strategies to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships globally within the company.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and after market teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
- 1st level support and assist for process and system related issues.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of optimized processes.
- Global Coordination:
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in customer relations and business processes globally.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among international teams.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and harmonization of processes across regions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and business processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.
- Establishing and updating process and training documents, presentations, as well as process and operational instructions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relations management and business process optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business process management tools.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience with any ERP system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
