Ebone Leath Insurance Agency is looking for experienced and committed individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance accounts to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Our agents are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing business while educating our customers on the benefits of our products. You will play a vital role in managing and growing our insurance client base to ensure their assets are protected.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to work independently.
As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new client revenue and serving as the first point of contact for new referrals from referral sources. You will be responsible for meeting all marketing and sales requirements of the company’s product line.
Develop new business through networking, outreach, calling, emailing, scheduling appointments, and more via multiple marketing strategies.
Utilize company provided technology to market new clients.
Meet all marketing and sales requirements of the company’s product line.
Prospect for new clients within company-provided markets (service/retention/new clients).
Contact potential clients through various methods (telephone, voicemail, email, etc.).
Establish and maintain customer relationships with existing customers.
Check up on customer accounts to ensure proper documentation is received.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for sales growth
- Analyze client's insurance policies and make recommendations for coverage enhancements or adjustments
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage options and pricing
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for policy management
