Job Responsibilities:
Program management responsibilities for the funder licensed programs.
Develop and maintain systems to ensure the delivery of high quality services.
Coach and mentor program leadership in order to implement and maintain systems.
Responsible for program development and for the efficiency and effectiveness of the day to day operations of programs including: achievement of Balanced Scorecard targets, budget development and management, utilization, hiring, staff development, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance and safety for youth, families and staff.
Demonstrate leadership skills that build staff investment in the Hillside Family of Agencies vision and strategic intent.
Create productive working relationships with leaders and key staff inside Hillside family of Agencies. Develop productive working relationships with strategic partners and regulators.
Remain well informed on local, state and national issues affecting the well-being of children and families.
Qualifications:
Requirements: Master’s degree and 8 or more years of management/supervisor experiences required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
Preferred:
Candidate with experience in residential services.
