Job Responsibilities:
- Program management responsibilities for the funder licensed programs.
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure the delivery of high quality services.
- Coach and mentor program leadership in order to implement and maintain systems.
- Responsible for program development and for the efficiency and effectiveness of the day to day operations of programs including: achievement of Balanced Scorecard targets, budget development and management, utilization, hiring, staff development, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance and safety for youth, families and staff.
- Demonstrate leadership skills that build staff investment in the Hillside Family of Agencies vision and strategic intent.
- Create productive working relationships with leaders and key staff inside Hillside family of Agencies. Develop productive working relationships with strategic partners and regulators.
- Remain well informed on local, state and national issues affecting the well-being of children and families.
Qualifications:
Requirements: Master’s degree and 8 or more years of management/supervisor experiences required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
Preferred:
Candidate with experience in residential services.
