Ecco Ride is a leading regional provider of student transportation and charter services, currently operating in five states. Our company has a proven track record of growth with goals for continued expansion. Ecco Ride is a full-service contractor specializing in home-to-school, field trip, athletics/activities transportation of students. We also provide commercial charter services for any organization needing transportation of groups.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Serve as the chief financial advisor in support of the business
· Key player in the strategic business planning processes
· Partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop and drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvement through the implementation of analytical tools and standardized business metrics
· Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, which includes cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
· Provide financial analysis, such as budgets and forecasting, monthly financial statements, and benchmarking for performance measurements
· Oversee internal quarterly and annual reporting, external annual financial statement preparation process, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
· Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk
· Develop flexible team structure for cross-coverage of responsibilities and blending with connected financial personnel or groups
· Perform other related duties as necessary
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
· A minimum of 7 years of related experience required
· MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA and/or other professional financial designation preferred
· Demonstratable ability to advise upper management on achievable goals and proven ability to drive areas of responsibility for significant results
· Experience with self-management to determine appropriate course of action for support of the business with little to no guidance
· Strong capabilities in data analytics software
· Proficient in accounting, payroll, and tax preparation software
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
