Logistics Analyst
The* Logistics Analyst *will provide the Distribution and Transportation teams with the data and analytics needed to execute daily, weekly, and monthly objectives in shipping and processing merchandise through ECCO distribution center(s). Serve as Logistics thought-leader on cross-functional projects to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
As our Logistics Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide ECCO Logistics leadership with periodic reporting and analysis of transportation and production related metrics.
• Manage analytics of freight expense and develop relationships with representatives from ECCO freight vendors.
• Liaise with planning, retail, e-Commerce, and wholesale teams to understand current and forward-looking projections and assist Distribution Center (DC) teams in accomplishing goals.
• Develop and communicate individual employee KPI metrics to assist in improving DC productivity and efficiency.
• Represent the Logistics team in cross-functional projects and committees as needed.
• Assist in management and maintenance of accuracy in inventory holding and reporting.
• Perform labor analyses to ensure proper utilization of full-time and temporary workforces.
• Establish working relationship with 3PL fulfillment centers and work to improve inventory and fulfillment reporting and accuracy.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all SAP and WMS warehouse processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies across all DC operations.

If you have…

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics or Supply Chain – or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5 years data analytics experience.
• 8 years distribution center/warehouse environment experience.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Proficient in WMS functionality.
• SAP and/or ECCO WMS experience a plus.
• Ability to effectively plan and multi-task, shifting priorities as needed.
• Solid communication skills and ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, domestic and international.
