ECCO Group is looking for professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a 'best in class" customer support experience, and your passion for providing exceptional customer service will contribute to our high level of customer satisfaction
Schedule:
Shift Options:
4 days on and 3 days off.
5 days on and 2 days off
No weekend HOURS!!
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple duties at a time
- Deliver exceptional client service via telephone
- Conduct detailed research and address customer inquiries
- Enter data and customer service work on a daily routine as needed.
- Follow-ups with Clientele
Qualifications:
1- 2 years experience with Call Center/Customer Service skills involving problem-solving and the ability to react quickly and professionally ensuring client satisfaction.
- Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude and productive, professional, and courteous manner
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Deerfield Beach, FL 33441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
