Overview:
Join our team as a Flight Instructor and help aspiring pilots achieve their dreams of flying. We are seeking skilled and passionate individuals to provide exceptional flight training in High Performance and Complex aircraft. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective flight training programs
- Conduct ground classes and flight briefings
- Demonstrate proper flying techniques and procedures
- Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
- Maintain accurate records of performance and training hours
- Foster a safe learning environment
Skills:
- Proficient in aviating and adhering to aviation regulations
- Strong public speaking skills for effective instruction
- Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication
