Echo Hills Assisted Living Memory Care in LaVista is seeking to fill a leadership position with an RN or LPN who has the compassioninate needed to care for the elderly. This position will serve as the Director of Healthcare and oversee the nursing department. The job demands someone who is a natural self-starter, enjoys a fast pace, is conscientious, accurate with details, and takes pride in excellence. This person will oversee a wide variety of nursing department responsibilities including staff hiring, scheduling and on call as well as oversight of all resident care.
